CCAS Award for Excellence in the Mentoring of Master's Students Awarded to Fran Buntman

Professor Fran Buntman, an assistant professor of sociology, was awarded this year's CCAS Award for Excellence in the Mentoring of Master's Students. The Award for Excellence in Graduate Faculty Mentoring is given to a faculty member nominated by graduate students. By mentoring and advising students Professor Buntman has played a crucial role in shaping the future of graduate students in the department and we are fortunate to have such an excellent mentor for our students! This student-nominated award will be presented at the CCAS Master's Celebration, which will be held in person on Friday, May 19th, at 8:30 a.m.
