Marcus R. Andrews, BA ’15, was invited to speak on the keynote panel “Addressing Childhood Obesity” along with Chelsea Clinton at the third annual Rodham Institute Summit.
Graduates of the Sociology Department have gone on to research at top institutions, start nonprofits, open community cultural spaces and join government agencies.
About half of our undergraduate alumni pursue careers or further study in business and management, while the remainder tend to work in education and service, the legal field, health and social welfare. Our graduate alumni have gone on to earn PhDs from institutions like the University of Pennsylvania and the UCLA, publish books and receive Fulbrights for their research.
