Research Professor and Professor Emeritus Gregory D. Squires presented on a panel on 'Homeowners Insurance and Fair Housing: Learning from Housing to Improve Oversight of the Insurance Market" at the 58th Annual Consumer Assembly of the Consumer Federation of America. Other participants included representatives of the National Fair Housing Alliance, National Community Reinvestment Coalition and Housing Opportunities Made Equal of Virginia.
Additionally, Dr. Squires recently won the Best Association of Energy Engineers (AEE) Journal Article for 2023 for his article The Impact of Air Pollution on Public School Achievement in the International Journal of Strategic Energy and Environmental Planning.
