Prof. Terrie Gale Featured In NYT Letter to the Editor

A letter to the editor from Professor Terrie Gale was published November 14  in the New York Times Sunday Review section.  A Times article  "Unarmed Drivers Killed by Police in Traffic Stops" referred to situations where officers' own actions put them in danger and then the danger is used to justify use of force.  Professor Gale pointed out that this occurs in non-traffic situations also, such as the Tamir Rice shooting.
