Professors Antwan Jones and Ivy Ken were both presenters at the Equity Institute Initiative's (at GW) event "Collaborate to Create Change: Towards Racial and Socioeconomic Equity in our Scholarship, Teaching, and Research."
Antwan Jones, in collaboration with Professors Hiromi Ishizawa and Fran Buntman, presented "The Mental Health Consequences of Parental Incarceration: Evidence from a Nationally Representative Longitudinal Study of Adolescents through Adulthood in the United States."
Meanwhile, Ivy Ken presented "Race, Immigration, Confinement in Rural Meatpacking: Decentering Whiteness and Mapping Injustices."
